Saturday Lunch at Gilt

Saturday Menu Du Jour is our new weekly ritual, a seasonal three-course set menu inspired by French classics, reimagined with the Gilt touch. It’s elegant, satisfying, and yes, it comes with endless pommes frites.

Because really, there’s no such thing as too many. Endlessly refillable, they’re a welcome constant on the table.

$65 per person for three courses, available every Saturday from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm

Salad Lyonnaise

Bitter greens, lardons, soft poached egg, Cabernet Sauvignon vinaigrette

MAIN

Market fish florentine

Sautéed spinach, sauce mornay, sweet paprika

Pommes frites (endless)

DESSERT

Île flottante

Soft meringue, new season strawberry, crème anglaise
