Saturday Lunch at Gilt

Saturday Menu Du Jour is our new weekly ritual, a seasonal three-course set menu inspired by French classics, reimagined with the Gilt touch. It’s elegant, satisfying, and yes, it comes with endless pommes frites.

Because really, there’s no such thing as too many. Endlessly refillable, they’re a welcome constant on the table.

The Menu: Provence Edition

$65 per person for three courses, available every Saturday from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm

ENTRÉE

Ratatouille ‘pour la table’

Aubergine, tomato, courgette, olive tapenade, pain de croûte

MAIN

Bavette grillée

Heirloom tomatoes, tarragon mustard jus

Bouillabaisse

Steamed mussels, clams & scampi bisque, market fish, red pepper rouille

Served with endless pommes frites

DESSERT

Paris-Brest

Peach, lavender crème pâtissière
